Migration patterns and checklists.
What do we need to consider identifying the appropriate pattern for the platform migration? How to access application readiness? What are the critical factors for the successful migration from the on-premise to the cloud and from the monolith to the set of micro-services? We will review the migration pattern and formulate the checklist for the sample platform.
